I’m actually surprised they’re doing anything at all to try to address service complaints from the tech crowd at this point. The view that AT&T is the weakest element of the iPhone experience has gone beyond consensus to established fact among geeks.
I bet they still find a way to fuck it up, though.
Man. I have been preparing a whole “internet safari” kit of a backup Verizon Blackberry, an iPhone Battery-charging case and a Duracell iphone power cell. My money’s still on needing it all, though.
